Shipping
Tickled Pink gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. For available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the destination of your order. All items are shipped via Hong Kong Registered Mail Service; a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of the product(s).
Shipping Cost
The Shipping costs are split into 3 Zones
Zone 1
Destinations: India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam
Zone 2
All other destinations not listed in Zone 1
Zone 3
All Hong Kong delivery: the cost of Hong Kong delivery is set as a flat fee of HKD60. This shipping fee will be waive if total purchase amount equal/exceeds HKD1,000.
For Destinations in Zone 1 or Zone 2, the shipping costs are base on weight of the product(s). The shipping cost of each product can be refer from individual product page. The total shipping costs will also be shown at final checkout in accordance to goods purchased.
Note to all International customers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility. If recipient refuse the items due to any reason, you will be charged for shipping, customs and return shipping charges.
Estimated Time of Arrival
The estimated delivery dates are base on two factors:
1) Time from placing order to when product(s) are ship:
- For embroidery products, they are usually ship within 5 to 7 business days upon receiving payment.
- For other products, they are usually ship within 3 business days upon receiving cleared payment.
2) Time from shipping to Customer's Destination:

Note to International customers:
When orders are shipped internationally, the product(s) maybe subjected to customs clearance which may cause delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once the ordered products are dispatched, we will send our customer a shipment confirmation e-mail with a register post tracking number. Customer may track their order on the Hong Kong Postal Services website below.

Returns & Refunds
If you receive an item different than what was described, or that the product is clearly in a worse condition than indicated, you must contact us immediately to report the defect or damage within 7 days upon receiving the product(s). If necessary, you can return your item for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item to Tickled Pink in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of shipment. Item can only be returned in cases of defect or damage. When writing to us to arrange for product's return, please describe the defect or damage with as much details as possible.
Shipping and handling charges for returning are borne by the customer. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items must be returned with a traceable shipping service. If we did not receive the item and you did not use a traceable method to return your item; we will not issue the refund.
Lost packages
It is in Tickled Pink's best effort to assist customers in recovering their lost package(s), however, Tickled Pink will not be liable to such loss.
